After Wooldoor Sockbat surgically replaced Clara's vagina multiple times in the show, the last possible surgery he could have given her was this. She is the head of Joan Rivers in between Clara's legs. Clara hates her Vajoana and misses her Octopussior. Apparently, Vajoana was only a one-time gag because Clara was seen with her Octopussior again in American Idol Parody Clip Show.
