In Foxxy vs. the Board of Education, Usagi Tsukino, the protagonist from Sailor Moon, was depicted as one of the asian students at S.A.T Tests, in the extended DVD version, she can be clearly seen from the front, wearing Groucho glasses, she is named "Rachel Horenstein" identifying her as a Jewish-Asian Student.
