The Hot Topic Owner is an unnamed owner of Hot Topic who appeared in the episodes Lost in Parking Space, Part One and Lost in Parking Space, Part Two as the main antagonist.

The Hot Topic Owner is a man with naturally black hair that is dyed in a crimson red color and slicked over one of his eyes and shaved on the sides, as well as a black beard. He has multiple metal ring piercings on the side of his face and his ear. He has dark black mascara on his eyes. He also wears a black spiked choker on his neck and a gray shirt with a yellow smiley face on it, with a mouth that resembles that of a skull's. He speaks with a British accent.
