Hello Kitty is a character from a Japanese franchise of the same name, owned by Sanrio, created by Yuko Shimizu. She first appears in Foxxy vs. the Board of Education as one of the students of S.A.T, she wears a blonde wig, yellow dress, green necklace, and square-patterned shoes. Hello Kitty was mentioned by Hot Topic Owner in Lost in Parking Space, Part Two, that Hello Kitty coin purses could not his Hot Topic store as one of his motivation to own a torture chamber to torture cartoon characters people hated. This is a reference to the first item that came out of this franchise, a vinyl coin purse in 1975.
