Annie is the main character of the newspaper comic strip Little Orphan Annie which also became an animated TV series. She appeared in the Drawn Together episode Nipple Ring-Ring Goes to Foster Care. Here, she was in one of the orphanages where Foxxy was transported to and she was seen warning Foxxy that her butler would remove her eyes. This was possibly a reference to how in the series and comics, the characters are all depicted without pupils.
